My Four Favourite Fitness Content Creators
Today, within the online gym community there are an abundance of fitness influencers and fitness content creators who use their platform to document their fitness journey along with their tips and tricks. I follow many fitness influencers on social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok as it provides me with inspiration for my own workouts, clothing and meals, whilst also sharing realistic content to remind viewers that your fitness journey won't always be smooth sailing and that's okay!
Below, I have compiled a list of my four favourites fitness influencers👇
1.Sydney Cassidy

The first of my favourite fitness influencers would be Sydney Cassidy. Sydney or 'sydgrows' on Instagram and TikTok is an English fitness influencer and recently titled Gymshark athlete! Across her social media platforms she posts content such as her workout routines, funny gym content and her women's only Facebook group called 'The girls locker room'. Not only does she have a bubbly personality and great workout tips, the main reason is because of her transparency regarding her mental health and positive attitude towards creating an inclusive gym community
2.JPG Coaching

With a focus on technique and form, one of my favourite fitness content creators is JP. JP or 'jpg coaching' is an American bodybuilder and fitness coach who I have been following on social media for quite a while now. Across his social media accounts, JP often posts videos reacting to other people performing certain workouts in the gym and providing helpful feedback or points of improvement.
Personally, I find his content very helpful as he offers advice on how your form should look during certain exercises in order to achieve optimal results. I feel that his opinions are trustworthy as he is a certified fitness coach and is therefore highly qualified to offer fitness advice.
2.Grace Beverly

Another one of my favourite fitness, social media content creators is Grace Beverly. Grace is an entrepreneur and the founder of 'Tala', a sustainable fitness wear brand that I had mentioned in one of my previous blog posts regarding my fitness fashion wardrobe. She also owns another fitness company called 'Shreddy', highlighting her extensive knowledge in the fitness industry.
Alongside my interest in sustainability and sustainable activewear, I enjoy following Grace's content as I find her entrepreneurial and business mindset works well with her passion for fitness. She highlights how to correctly schedule your workout routine into your day, whilst also showing her audience how you can still be extremely busy but manage to find time for exercise. A dilemma that many of us face!
4.Analis Cruz

My favourite fitness influencer who I always look to for workout inspiration is Analis Cruz. Analis is an American fitness influencer who is also a Gymshark athlete. I enjoy watching her content as I am always interested in what gym outfits she is wearing, but in particular her short, TikTok workout routine videos. I find that they are easy to follow and give me a good source of inspiration to incorporate into my own workouts!
However, if you prefer longer, more detailed workout routine videos and fitness related content, she also has a YouTube channel.
